Mission Statement
The Yadkin-Davie Utility Coordinating Committee promotes communication and safety among utilities, governmental agencies and contractors in the Yadkin and Davie County area by sharing information on potential hazards for all excavators. This committee also promotes the use of the
NC 811 notifications system to prevent damage to underground facilities and to further ensure the safety of the public and those performing excavating activities.
